USER AGREEMENT
In accordance to the Alcohol and Tabaco Laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Tanins Wine Collection Website (Tanins Website) is intended for advertisement and all users shall be older than eighteen years old. All users who proceed with browsing and using the Tanins Website have declared that they are above eighteen years old, and have read, comprehended, and agreed with all the current and future-edited terms and conditions, and all local regulations.
The user agrees to the Tanins Website in accordance to local and international laws, and agrees to take full legal responsibilities. The user agrees to comply with all local and international cyber regulations, and not to use the Tanins Website to conduct any illegal activities.
The user agrees to not conduct the following activities when using this website:
1. Harm copy rights, intellectual property rights, and all other rights of any third party
2. Use of terms, pictures, or files that convey harmful or illegal meaning or intention
3. Spread computer virus
4. Use of discriminating words and sentences, such as topics related to politics, religions, sexual orientations, etc
5. Using, not limited to, pictures, words, and data from the Tanins Websites for the purpose of business without written consent from Tanins Co., Ltd.
6. All activities not intended for the original use of the Tanins Website.
When the user fills out the email with “Please print, fill out, take a picture of the form, and reply the email” (the form), the user is considered to have read and agreed with the quote identified in the form, agreed the form is a purchase contract, and agreed to receive the product and complete the payment in accordance to the payment terms.
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
“Member” shall mean an individual who complies with the policies of the Tanins Website and completes formal registration. Tanins Website retains the right to approve new members, and to close account of existing members.
Members shall be responsible for their account names and passwords. Whoever accesses the Tanins Website using the respective account name and password is considered activities conducted by the member, and the member shall take all responsibilities.
The user shall immediately notify the Tanins Website when the user realizes the username or password has been compromised. All damages until the Tanins Website has terminated the account shall be the responsibility of the user. If the user uses a third party’s username or password, and causes damage to any individual or party, Tanins Co., Ltd. retains all legal rights to claim against the user.
All information registered shall be the latest information of the member. The Tanins Website may close the account if the Tanins Website finds out of any false information, such as age, credit card information, etc. Any false information that leads to illegal activities shall be persecuted.
Other than the terms outlined in the “Privacy Policy,” the Tanins Website shall not share member’s information to any third party without prior consent from the member.
All activities conducted by a logged-in user name and password shall be considered as activities conducted by the account holder.
SERVICE DISRUPTION AND TERMINATION
The Tanins Website retains the right to terminate or disrupt services in the event of:
1. Relevant software or hardware maintenance
2. Outage of relevant telegraphic services
3. Disruption from the telegraphic service provider or platform hosting provider
4. Natural disaster or other uncontrollable conditions
OTHER RIGHTS OF THE TANINS WEBSITE
The Tanins Website retains the right to update and edit the Terms and Condition, Privacy Policy, and all other contents in the website, and all not notify users. The users who continues to use the website are hereby considered to have read and agreed to the latest Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other contents in the website.
All users agree that all information provided to the Tanins Website by members and non-members may be collected, processed, and saved reasonably for the purpose of marketing, analysis, calculation, and research purposes.
The Tanins Website retains the right to temporarily or permanently cancel an user account in the event that the user conducts illegal activities, activities against the Terms and Conditions of the Tanins Website, or activities that harms the Tanins Websites and Tanins Co., Ltd.
The user authorizes the Tanins Website and Tanins Co., Ltd to share information, such as name, address, phone, etc to shipping provider and other relevant service providers for the purpose of deliveries and returns.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
All data on the website, including and not limited to writing, pictures, files, data, website structure, website design, are intellectual properties of Tanins Co., Ltd and their owners. Any use, edits, modifications, open broadcasting, distribution, issuance, open presentation, reverse engineering, decomposition, or re-composition are considered illegal without prior written consent of the intellectual property owners, and shall be persecuted.
JURISDICTION COURT
For all conflicts arose from the used of the Tanins Website shall be under the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Tainan Court.
